In the morning of December 4 (Thursday) there will be an informal meeting for those interested in "Open Educational Resources" (OER) at University of São Paulo - USP

During this workshop, organized with the OER-Brazilian Perspectives and Challenges Project, we will welcome the visit of Melissa Hagemann from the Open Society Institute (http://www.soros.org/initiatives/information/about/bios/hagemann), Joel Thierstein, Associate Provost of Rice University and executive director of Connexions (http://cnx.org/member_profile/thierstj) and Carolina Rossini, coordinator of the project (http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/ipg/Participant/carolina-rossini), to present an international perspective.

The focus of the discussions will be national and international experiences on OERs. Please register for workshop through an online form available here.
